What You Get with Your Key
Your ornith api key grants access to our hosted, OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API. You can send text and receive text using the standard POST /v1/chat/completions endpoint. The service supports streaming via SSE, function calling, and JSON mode with parameters like temperature and top_p. Your key works with any OpenAI SDK or compatible client by simply changing the base URL. You get 100,000 tokens of context window and up to 32,000 tokens of output per request. Errors and refusals do not consume your prepaid credit, ensuring you only pay for actual completions.
Billing and Trial Details
New users get $0.50 of trial credit valid for 7 days, one per person, requiring no card. Claim this credit with one click on your API key page. After the trial, you can top up by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or crypto (USDT on TRC20, USDC on Base) with amounts between $20 and $500. Credits never expire and are charged based on real token usage at $0.15 per 1M input tokens and $0.50 per 1M output tokens. There are no monthly subscriptions or hidden fees. What happens when the trial credit ends?

How do I replace a leaked API key?
Each account is limited to one active key at a time. If you generate a new key, it replaces the previous one immediately. You can manage this through your account settings or by generating a new key on the dashboard, ensuring your old key stops working instantly.
